Felt like I’d been hit by a train at the end.

MAN! That was extremely tiring but fun! I certainly felt whoozy afterwards and had to rest.
R’xd as well but dropped the 35 lb dumbbells to 30. As usual, my shine was on fire and bleeding from the rope climb but, scars are good for a man right? 🙂 It was challenging like fran but, not overbearing like hero murph. I enjoyed the experience overall and hope more people try it.
Also, timed it at 26 minutes flat
