It is slow, but I am stoked.
This was my first time completing this workout Rx’d. It is definitely a tough one for me–both of these movements get real difficult real fast.
I was determined to take my time and get through it without compromising my back.
I feel my form on the cleans actually improved as I went, as I gained confidence with jumping down fully to the bottom of the squat. Success!
