I had several things working against me here: 500 reps, worked out last night, sleep deprivation, 500 reps, early morning workout, clearly not thinking straight (50 thrusters @75 to start? Cake!), and 500 reps. I was so exhausted at the end I just wanted to nap.
I was halfway done at 12:20. But really slowed down. I found the sdlhp and power cleans particularly difficult. Most everything else went about as I expected. But any workout with 500 reps (e.g. Filthy Fifty) has a cumulative crushing effect.
Bottom line: You should do it! It’s great!
Awesome Mr. Hilliker. You’re setting the standard. Great to see you so involved.
