16:44 Rx’d — except my L-pull-ups were a bit ugly. Feet were parallel w/ rear, but knees were bent. I did sets of two and didn’t go all the way down on the second one.
Anyone who thinks CrossFit doesn’t work the core needs to give this WOD a try.
Doing the L-pull-ups after the knees to elbows was ridiculous.
And the 50 sit-ups at the end, right after the pull-ups, was agony.
I think the whole WOD was designed to make the last two movements as difficult as possible.
