Ouch! That is tough!
115 is about 90% of my 1RM for shoulder press. I had to use a little dip drive on the last half of that first set. Also the set of 30 was insane. That took forever, and I was using split jerks most of the way, in sets of 3.
I really felt like I was wrestling with the barbell the whole way, until the last two sets of squats.
