I did the BA in 19:17. Doing lunges on the asphalt really forces good technique!
CFE WOD 1 was hard because I hadn’t run in weather that warm in ages. Enjoyed doing dead-lifts again though there was no way I was going to use my body-weight – those stick arms of mine aren’t lifting no body weight 15 times in a row. Approx. 12 mins.
