DB Farmers carry back*
50 sit-Ups
*20 Air Squats if you put sown DB on walk
Strength: Front Squat 10×2 @ 65%
CFE WOD: AMRAP in 8 minutes:
5 power cleans @ 65% 1RM clean
10 double-unders
TM WOD: AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 deadlifts, 185/135 lb
100 yard run

I did the TM workout yesterday: 16 rounds + 5 deadlifts, Rx’d
Today I did the CFE WOD: 11 rounds @ 125lb in 8:05
Then I did the BA workout: 9:54 @ 35lb dumbbells
I thought all three of those were fun!
I did the BA workout @ 35lb KB’s. Time – 12.50
I enjoyed the workout, but went a little too slow. I needed to push myself harder

I tried the TM workout Rx’d and was just shy of 13 or 14 rounds – lost count at the end
13:32 on the BA workout. Wow, those thrusters are intense. 🙂
Love, love, loved the CFE work-out because of the double-unders. Power cleans are probably my favourite weight-related exercise too. Can’t remember how many rounds I got though.
