I did Angie! I really liked do this work out! I really messed up my hands but I think that it was well worth it! It took me 28 minutes. I was also sore the day after. I don’t get sore often so that was a nice feeling 🙂
Did BA partner work-out due to my injury (replaced run for row), but ended up doing the work-out by myself because there was an odd number of people. So I did med-ball slams with myself which is now my favourite cross-fit movement.
