Ring dips were hard! Just over 13 minutes for me xD
I did sit ups and squats on the tabata–97 squats and 62 sit ups.

I did CFE WOD and did approximately 17 push-ups each round before I was maxed.
Oi! The Countdown was hard! I’m so glad Victoria joined me in doing this workout it helped a lot. 🙂
