Good one! The row wiped me out!
Pistols are insane–it’s not so much the squat motion, but the difficulty of getting the other leg out of the way! 🙂 I did four rounds of the AMRAP, plus the sit ups and wall balls of the fifth round.
The Helen workout took me a ridiculous long amount of time. I got somewhere around 13 minute something. So SLOW!
