3 rounds, plus snatches and situps (full-length situps instead of t2b)
Dan also made the lunges weighted—10# overhead. The lunges wouldn’t stop!
4 rds + 26 lunges with 35# plate overhead for the lunges and 115# power snatch.
3 rounds + 3 power snatches @55# and 10 knees to elbows. Lunges were weighted with 10# overhead.
