10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
20 squats
4 rounds + push-ups, sit-ups and 6 squats for the Bodyweight Aces WOD. L-sits are getting easier now–hopefully I’ll be able to do an actual one soon!
Wendler Week 1 and started Week 2
4 Rep Max has increased on each of the workouts.
Bench Press – 205lb
Shoulder Press – 125lb
Deadlift – 315lb
Back Squat – 240lb
Working on Planche 1st position and into 2nd with Daryle and L-Sit also.
Lifted 350lb on deadlift tonight 1 rep max – hopefully higher next time!

Bench I think is 205 as well, I’m not quite sure. Joel and Daryle are getting a lot stronger though. Props to them. I love the competition.
