5 handstand push ups
10 one legged squats
15 pull-ups

Fun stuff. But just did 12 minutes tonight. Completed 8 rounds + 6 pistols rx’d. Haven’t done pistols in a while. They highlighted the need for me to get more flexibility back in the left leg.
VERY impressive! I’ve never been able to get more than a couple pistols. Never have done Mary. You are a cyborg.

Killer workout, even with “only” 12 minutes.
