Good workout! I would suggest one not try to leap anywhere just minutes after doing this. I did, and my quads gave out on my landing. 😀

I forgot what my time was. I think it was 3:22. Maybe it was 3:42.
I did 185 on the back squats–my 1RM is 240. Those felt pretty good.
I also did sit-ups with my legs flat on the ground, touching my toes like on a GHD machine. That’s a pretty good sub actually, for when the GHD machines are in use.
