I was particularly blown away by the Cindy group. So glad you all did the full 20 minutes.
That was some epic work being done in that room!
I just checked, and the first time I did Cindy Rx’d, I got 15.5 rounds.
So several of you blew me out of the water today. Well done!
I was so inspired from watching you, I decided to do Cindy as well. I got:
22 rounds + 3 pull-ups
This was a PR for me by 15 squats and 3 pull-ups.
Felt pretty good too!
The push-ups are always the hardest for me. This time I really tried hard to make sure my knees were coming off the ground from the beginning of the up on every push-up. I maintained this for about 19 rounds, and it began to give way on the last three rounds. But better than I have ever done!

Only 12 rounds with Cindy’s cousin… man I’m gonna say this again, I can’t keep up my number of squats with little tiny people who have little short legs. When we gonna do a double under workout? 😛
