In a greater effort to post on AL, Mr. H, here I am. 🙂
No weight was rx’d here, so I used 95#. I could have done it a little heavier, but it still challenged me. The pull-ups were amazingly easy, considering my WODs have been fairly inconsistent post-FOT due to sickness. This pleased me. I opted for regular kips rather than butterfly kips. Despite adding time, I know that my form is better over the course of 75 pull-ups. Most sets were unbroken, save for re-chalking during a couple sets.
