25 handstand push-ups, belly against wall (progression: go as deep as you can, even if it’s only one inch)
25 touches with each hand, while doing handstand belly against wall; if you can do that, try touching armpit with hand when you lift it; if you can do that, touch hand against thigh
Partner WOD, on field …
Two rounds for time:
Sprint width of soccer field and back
Piggy-back ride, width of soccer field; sprint back
Wheelbarrow ride, width of field; sprint back
Each partner does:
5 backsquats with partner on back
10 handstand push-ups with help from partner
Cash-out:
400m run for time
2.5 minute rest
400m run for time, hold to first effort within 5 seconds.
Myself and Joel Hudson-Stewart completed this grueling workout in 7:05
Hit the 10 minute cap about one quarter of the way through the handstand push ups. Oh well …

David Savage and I completed the work out in 9:50 – just in time

I was able to go through the whole progression but once I finished the thigh-touch my eyes felt so swollen. When I got home I found out why… It’s kind of gross… Blood vessels had popped all around my eyes. Ewe! I was so sad, but the prog. was fun.
Erica and I were partners. Our time was 6:34.

This was actually a lot of fun, tough but rewarding.
My quads are so sore after this work-out/run! Did the 50 squats, 400m run x 4 workout the day before – that’s why! Dropped Victoria a few times, we got it done though.
Me and Nathan got something around 7:10 I believe? Can’t exactly remember, but that was a tough workout. I enjoy workouts with the sprints though, good for burning fat
Partner WOD was interesting… especially trying to stay put on my partner’s back in the squats. We finished just before 10min cap.

I really liked the GWOD. It was a good challenge. I am trying to be able to walk 2 yards on my hands.
