With the burpee challenge, I didn’t quite make 10 more than the first time. However I did notice that this time I could have kept going, where as the 1st challenge I was at my limit by the end of 2min. In other words, I can tell I’ve developed more endurance, but I need more speed.
A fun-filled day! Had fun learning to deadlift! Workout time was 2:52.
My time was 3:02 for that workout. I wasted about ten seconds at one point trying to remember how many rounds I’d already done. I think the math component of my brain went to sleep for a second there! 😉 As for other things that day, my deadlift max is 85lb and I managed 26 burpees – eleven more than last time.
Since it’s the end of the week, I guess this is as good a place to record my MWODs as any. 🙂 I did the eight minute calf stretch – I’ve been doing it every week, since it’s actually doing something to my hamstrings without being utterly excruciating. I also did the eight minute hip stretch.
I think i got 2:28 on the work out? Not sure but it was intense
