Good workout–enjoyed it.
The sdhp got hard for me pretty quickly. I could have done a better job of jumping the weight up rather than muscling it. I always fall into that trap on this movement.
The jumps weren’t bad–not nearly as hard as the sdhps. But a really cool, functional movement to include in a workout.

Great WOD!
After moving until failure in the first two rounds on the sdhp, I began pacing myself to sets of 3. This really helped me to keep moving.
The lateral jumps were a nice change from the usual box jump as well.
