Grace took me about 5:20. First run, I had Noah with me and had to wait for him and replace the chain on his bike. This took me about 11 minutes. Rope climbs took about 6 minutes. Second run was 10 minutes with a couple more bicycle issues. Burpees at end were a pure act of will.
Great work Mr. H. Definitely want to give this one a try.
Wow, that’s alot of consecutive rope climbs. Reminds me of that Tough Mudder TEAM workout we did before the Mudder… although, we divided those bad boys amongst the three of us!!!
