The GWOD 1 helps so much.
I did 50 pistol rolls and I also stretched. I am trying to stretch three times a week. 🙂

I did GWOD 1. I haven’t been doing it regularly, and I was less flexible this time. I also did ten minutes of double under practice this week. I’m getting better. 🙂
