Excellent WOD. I always find rowing intervals incredibly taxing.
I was taking 16 strokes per 30 seconds. After a while I was doing it in sets of 4, like, moderate, harder, harder, hardest. With about 5 minutes left I realized I had been breaking in my core, and I tightened that up. It made it so my last 5 sets were a lot stronger. By the end I was getting 20 strong strokes in 30 seconds.
