6:25 Really underestimated this one. The 2nd round of burpees was like hitting a brick wall. Lungs were really burning. Great WOD!

I did this one after Brenton, which I feel helped my energy to some degree. Using butterfly kips REALLY shaves time on this one…but not enough to beat Dan Burns’ time. 🙂
