Really good WOD.
Wow–it’s been a while since I did overhead squats.
Also I’m not sure if I’ve ever power snatched this much weight.
It was on the snatches that I failed in 13th and 14th sets.
I found this really tough.
I need to get back into lifting some heavy weight.
This did match my 5RM on OHS, and that was from a rack.

Wow, this actually looks like fun! The thought of power snatching and actually progressing UPward in weight… hmmm, we’ll see how far I get. 🙂
