Legs were on fire during the squats immediately after rowing.

This one was harder then I thought it would be.

I agree about the yuckified post-row squats.
I also almost ate the box on my second box jump.

Sub’d 500 m run for 500 m row (not sure if this is a good sub) and did normal sit ups.
My new favorite thing to do at the park is bleacher jumps–produces a nice sound effect.
