I’ll call MY version of this WOD: “Plus-Size Nancy”
I’m not sure what happened in my mind, but I did TWENTY-ONE overhead squats per round, rather than FIFTEEN! Ending with thirty EXTRA squats really made me sweat! It was worth it, and at 55# (rather than the rx’d 65#), I suppose it wasn’t as bad as it COULD have been… 🙂
More is better in most cases…I’m not complaining! It’s funny, though. I did the first 15 of each set with ease, it was the final six, each time, that killed me!
