Oh, that’s funny. I forgot to look at this yesterday to see what to do for this morning. And this morning I decided on something quite similar:
21-15-9 Deadlift (95lb — should have gone heavier) Situps Lunges

5:01, 95#
I never remember the weights. Woman’s bar with 45# on each side. Time: 5:05
Warmup & 1-mile run…
then….
21-15-9 Deadlifts, 115# GHD situps
3:43, as rx’d
CF warmup, then 1-mile run
then…
3:45, 135#
Did this one on Friday afternoon with Lukey; remained consistent with the last one, despite upping the weight this time to 135# to make him feel like he was doing LESS work. The men’s rx’d weight was INTENSE!
