The burpee box jump overs were easy after the first round. I found a great pace. The ascending snatch reps, however, were a TOTAL mental game for me.
I really enjoyed this workout. It made us go all out!
I really didn’t like this one, especially the box jump overs, but I finished sometime before the time cap.
