What a great WOD. I really enjoy Cindy, but it tends to get boring past the ten-minute mark. Switching to DT five rounds in really added spice. 😉 I scaled this back to 85#; that was hard enough to challenge me but manageable enough to keep the intensity. I’m feeling the workout today.
