Pull ups (strict) – 9 Row – 45.5 seconds WOD – 9:55 Push ups – 55
Pull ups (strict)- 7 Row- 54.3 WOD: 12:17
Pull-ups (strict): 13 Row: 58 WOD: 13:57 yay burpees!
Pull ups – 13, maybe 14. I forgot. Row – 41.9 seconds WOD – 16 minutes and some seconds. Push ups – probably around 45.
