1 minute mountain climbers
1 minute sit-ups
1 minute jumping alternating lunges
Each person keeps track of total reps.
At end, add total reps per person
5 points to winning team
2) Deadlifts and Kettlebell Swings — Everyone
15-12-9 deadlifts (135/95) and kettlebell swings
3 points for 1st place
2 points for 2nd place

3) 2 minutes max double-unders- 1 person from each team
4 points to team with most double-unders
2 additional points to team with member with most consecutive double-unders

2 points to winner’s team
5) 1 mile cross country run- Everyone
Teams go in opposite directions
7 points to winning team; all team members must stay together
