Did Day 1 after seeing the tweet and followed up with Day 2. Huge difference between test and re-test on Day 1 after mobilizing! The hip hinge is one of my greatest weaknesses. Looking forward to the rest of the 14 days (though it won’t be 14 days straight for me).
