My run time improved by over a minute! 🙂
My DIY WOD: 12min AMRAP (400m run, 25 sit-ups, 10 kb-snatches). Did 2.5 rounds. It’s a *lot* easier running inside than out, that’s for sure.
We were going to do three rounds of 25 dumb bell swings, 25 burpees, and 25 wallball shots, but we only did two rounds because we started with ten minutes left in class.

Time was approximately 14 minutes
My WOD was basically to get all my skills in. I did a 15 minute AMRAP of 5 pullups, 3 Ring Dips, 10 double unders and 15 burpees. I don’t remember how many rounds I got through but there it is.
Victoria Terrel and I did an 13 minute AMRAP of 10 wall ball, 5 kettlebell snatches each arm, and run the width of the gym twice.
I did the wod of everything where there were 90 seconds of the ten different exercises. THis was a doozie!
15 min AMRAP of 2 x muscle ups, 10 x pushups and 15 x 30lb med ball clean. Exhausting!
