Cindy 6 rounds, 1 pull up. Slight improvement on last time. Once I get the pull ups down, I’ll be set.
Did the Benchmark again. 95lbs is a lot to deadlift, but I think my form has significantly improved.
I did the benchmark. I think it was about 14 minutes.

I did cindy – 19 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 6 pushups. Oh, so close to doing a full 20 rounds 🙁
