13:51 @ 95lb back squat and bench press, and kipping pull-ups
I’m pretty scrawny, but that’s considerably less than my bodyweight.
Did the regular kipping pull-ups rather than butterfly to at least make it *somewhat* closer to Rx’d.
Even with the subs, that gassed me pretty good.
The wine with dinner might have slowed me down too. 🙂
I did keep moving throughout though.
