50 reps for time of:
Burpee/Push-up/Jumping-Jack/Sit-up/Handstand
Extra work: Gymnastics WOD:
For QUALITY, perform:
Hold L Seat for 2 minutes
Hold Planche in Tuck Position for 2 minutes
Hold Superman for 2 minutes
(Each of these is a cumulative effort—take breaks as needed, but total time in each position should be 2 minutes)

A great hotel-room WOD. This is what I did Sunday morning in our hotel room in New Orleans.
I got 16:47. This workout was really tiring. I liked the handstands in it. I think it helped to stretch out after everything else.
i have just finished the Marguerita. My arms are really sore after that, but I feel so good right now! My time was 21:19, although i took long it was great!
This was a tiring workout. Definitely an endurance one! My time was 16:03.
Definitely harder then it looks

My time was just over twenty minutes (cannot remember the exact time off the top of my head). I thought this workout was great because of all the variation.
This is a really good way to sweat like Mr. Lowry.
I felt the burpee – push up combination in my arms the next day. I believe I was somewhere in the 20s. I actually liked this once I got into the swing of it but it was definitely exhausting.
