Don’t like the idea of doing 21-15-9 reps of 45 pound overhead squats when I’ve never done an overhead squat before. The burpees were fantastic though – such a nice break! I’m serious.
I’m SO disappointed. š My timer crashed after the first round. This workout (as rx’d) felt good; both movements were fluid and unbroken. I’ll retest it again next week, if all goes well.

Workouts like this remind me of just how weak I really am. And then to pair anything with burpees…that’s just cruel, haha.

Feeling all the wine and cookies from this past weekend.
It was a very tough one, but it was so satisfying when you finally dropped that bar and finished it haha!! I think I’m going to feel this tomorrow!!
I found this workout challenging but I didn’t mind it overall and felt pretty good afterwards
I did not like this one, my shoulders did not like being in that position, it was very uncomfortable and awkward feeling.
I really struggle with overhead squats, this work out exposed that sad reality.

The overhead squats were really scary because I felt like I was going to fall over.. But I really enjoyed the work out, and I liked how short it was.
