Try to go heavier on each set and find your 5-rep max.
Also … your “other” out-of-class work is 5 minutes of wall squats and 5 minutes of hollow body holds (with superman holds as your rest)

On my last set I really focused on driving my feet into the ground and it felt really good and strong. I need to do this consistently.

I finished my failed sets going down 5 lbs. It’s amazing how 5lbs can make a huge difference!
