GREAT work today, guys!
There were so many way above average today.
When I looked at the results on Beyond the Whiteboard today, it blew me away how well you all did on this WOD.
Biggest hero of the day: Joel Price – finished in 9:24! That is nuts!
19:24. Hey, I’m semi-average! Wait, no, I did the shorter version. Never mind. 😛
Legs still hurt from this one after four days. Oww.
Made up my own OOC workouts for this week. First, a 10min AMRAP with 400m rowing and 200m running each round. I managed 2 rounds plus the rowing. Second, a double-alternating tabata with squats and Russian twists, totaling 166 reps. I was aiming for 150, so that was well over my goal. 🙂

13:34 for me. Pretty slow, but felt good to work on the legs
17 or 18 mins – pretty lame but that was the first time I had done squats since I stuffed up my ankle so I was definitely out of the routine. Glad I did the long version, during the first round it was tempting to think that there was no way I could get through the whole workout but you just have to push past those mental barriers – our bodies are far more physically capable than we sometimes think.
