20 pistols or pistol rolls
Bear crawl, width of gym
25 box jumps
Walking lunge, width of gym
Strength: ME weighted pull-up
CFE WOD: For time:
50 Box jumps, 24/20″
40 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
20 GHD sit-ups
10 Burpees

I think I was done after about 15 box jumps… :S
I did Jackie. I finished slower than I would’ve liked however my pull-ups are coming along!
Still not feeling good after last week’s stint in sickbay, so I did a double-alternating tabata today to get myself back into it with burpees and sit ups.

Did CE wod. The 40 pull-ups were the hardest part. Enjoyed the rest.
Did a 12min BA AMRAP for OOCwod. Tried to do the 5km row, but the rower machine was playing-up (screen kept turning off). I only got to do 2km.
8:30 on Jackie – when I thought I matched Mr. Hilliker, he blew it out of the water at 7 minutes!
