50 c&j of 155 is pretty heavy for me. But I just decided I’d take it slow and get it done.
The rope climbs were really tough after the c&j. On my last two I had to rest with my feet part way up. I felt fairly solid on the c&j until rep 23, then I had to start slowing down. My last set took me quite a while. But I’m glad I did it! I enjoyed it.
