That was awful. To be more precise, the last 25 thrusters were awful.
My sets were 10,10,10,5,5,5,5 … Finished the first 50 in 3:50.
Then … 5,5,5,5 … If the workout was 75 thrusters, I would have walked out of there a happy man. But then the nightmare began:
4,3,3,2,2,2 … 2 I want to quit … 2 … 2 must quit … 2 … 2 going to die … 2 … 2 I am ground beef.
