I really like this workout. I need to do it more often.
I did these @ 150lb. A good weight for me, manageable but not easy.
Dan B. helped me on my last few: 1) I must get rid of the donkey kick on the jump; 2) I need to make sure my hips are rising at the same rate as my shoulders on the first pull. Super helpful–thanks Dan!
