5:04 @ 275lb Good one! It’s been a while since I did deadlifts that heavy. This was a good way to ease into it a little bit.
5:02 @ 275lb Great WOD. Back and flexor mass were really tight afterwards, so I did some mobilizing on the foam roll. Feels much better this morning.
