11:50 rx’d The squats were tough. Legs were pretty soar from Monday’s trauma.

My left hip is pretty tight from the marathon. I think it really affected all of the sprints…can’t help but think I was running sideways. 🙂
13:17 My body was perfectly willing to do two rounds. It cooperated well enough for a third. But I had to will it to finish that fourth round.
