20 Push ups
20 Sit ups
20 Burpees

“The Chief”

5 rounds of as many as possible in 3 minutes:

3 power clean, 6 pushups, 9 squats…

Rest 1 minute between each 3 minute round.

 

Rx’d: 135 lbs men, 95 lbs women
