Let&#8217;s get those double-unders! For those who don&#8217;t yet have them, take a moment to review these two videos (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.againfaster.com\/en\/blog\/2011\/12\/06\/double-unders\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/gymnasticswod.com\/content\/jump-rope-progression-pt2\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>) for some guidance before you undertake the WOD:<\/p>\n<p><strong>12 minutes of double-under practice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For those who do have them:<\/p>\n<p><strong>300 double-unders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You could do the second workout and then just stop at 12 minutes if you haven&#8217;t finished.<\/p>\n<p>Post time or total completed for second workout&#8211;or most consecutive double-unders achieved&#8211;to comments.
