Competitor is out with three failed attempts.<br \/>\n<strong>2 points to winner\u2019s team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) 2-Min Max Double-Unders<\/strong> \u2014 <em>three people from each class<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>4 points to team with most double-unders<br \/>\n1 additional point to team with member with most consecutive double-unders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Deadlifts and Pull-ups \u2014 <\/strong><em>two men, one woman from each class<\/em><br \/>\n21-15-9 deadlifts (135\/95) and pull-ups<br \/>\n<strong>3 points for 1st place<br \/>\n1 points for 2nd place<br \/>\n2 points for first team with all three finished<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Rope Sprints \u2014 <\/strong><em>two people each class<\/em><br \/>\nEach person does 3 rope climbs, each individually timed ground to ceiling touch<br \/>\n<strong>3 points to team with least cumulative time on 6 climbs<br \/>\n1 additional point to team with fastest individual climb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Tag-Team Karen \u2014 <\/strong><em>one team of two women from each class<\/em><br \/>\n150 wallballs (10 lb), tag team (switch as desired)<br \/>\n<strong>5 points to winning team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Tag-Team Grace \u2014 <\/strong><em>one team of two men from each class<\/em><br \/>\n30 clean and jerks (135), tag team (switch as desired)<br \/>\n<strong>5 points to winning team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8) Max Squats \u2014 <\/strong><em>one woman from each team<\/em><br \/>\nMax back squats in 1 minute (85 lbs)<br \/>\n<strong>2 points to winner\u2019s team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9) Max Clean \u2014 <\/strong><em>one man from each team<\/em><br \/>\n3 minutes to find 1 rep max clean<br \/>\n<strong>2 points to winner\u2019s team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(to soccer field)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10) Square Relay \u2014 <\/strong><em>all women<\/em><br \/>\nRelay, 3 rounds: (use different people each round)<br \/>\n15 Russian kettlebell swings (1 pood)<br \/>\n15 front squats (65 lb)<br \/>\n15 Russian kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)<br \/>\n15 push press (45 lb)<br \/>\n<strong>7 points to winning team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>11) Fallen comrades \u2014 <\/strong><em>all men<\/em><br \/>\nIn teams of three, across field, using firemen carries:<br \/>\nA carries B, B goes back for C, who carries A back, then A and C both run across<br \/>\nRace 1) Team wins who gets <em>all groups of three<\/em> across line first<br \/>\nRace 2) Ditto<br \/>\nRace 3) Team wins who gets <em>first group of three<\/em> across line first<br \/>\n<strong>3 points for each race<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12) Bumpy Run <\/strong>\u2014 <em>whole class<\/em><br \/>\n1.4K run (cross-country course). Teams go in opposite directions; team with fewer points can choose which direction to go.
