Sept 1 | Way Cool OOC WOD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s your out-of-class WOD for the week beginning Sunday, September 1 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>10 rounds with a 2 minute rest in between, of any (or any combination) of:<br \/>\nSwim 100 meters<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\nRun 400 meters<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\nRow 500 meters<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\nBike 1000 meters<\/p>\n<p>Post your choice of exercises and times of each round to comments.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fairly time-intensive WOD (35-to-50 minute range).<br \/>\nAnd, if you go hard (always!), also brutal.<br \/>\nThus, you can count this as BOTH one of your three weekly WODs AND your extra piece for the week. That&#8217;s right\u2014a total of 7 points.<br \/>\nBetter go and do it while I&#8217;m feeling generous, before I change my mind.<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I really like the idea of mixing up\u2014even doing all four exercises in some combination.
